Bhagyaniti.com provides Vedic Astrology and Vastu services along with Gemstones, Rudraksh and other spiritual products. We aim to provide our customers with genuine products and satisfactory services. Please read the following Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility – Physical Products
Returns may be accepted for eligible physical products such as Gemstones, Rudraksh and other spiritual products if:
- The product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- The product received is materially different from the product ordered.
- The product is unused and remains in its original condition.
- The original packaging, invoice, tags, certificates (if applicable) and other accessories are available.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report a return request.
For damaged or incorrect products, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged or tampered with after delivery.
- Products without their original packaging or accessories.
- Products returned after the applicable return-request period.
- Products that have been specially customized, energized, prepared or selected specifically according to the customer’s requirements, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Digital products, consultations, reports and other services.
3. Astrology & Vastu Services
Vedic Astrology consultations, Vastu consultations, personalized horoscope/birth-chart reports and other services are generally non-returnable, as these are personalized services prepared or delivered specifically for the customer.
Once a personalized service has been substantially started or delivered, it cannot be returned.

Please mention your order details and reason for the return and provide photographs/videos where required.
After receiving the request, Bhagyaniti.com will review the case and inform the customer whether the return is approved.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Bhagyaniti.com may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.
For other approved returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
6. Exchange
Where applicable, an eligible product may be exchanged instead of returned, subject to availability and approval.
7. Important Note
Return approval is subject to verification by Bhagyaniti.com. Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.
